Content : The XPert and RXPert lines of balance and bulk powder enclosures provide user protection by containing airborne powders and particulates. Suitable for fentanyl processing. XPert Systems include a built-in blower and exhaust HEPA filter. Systems return filtered air to the laboratory and require no outside ducting. XPert Stations include an exhaust HEPA filter and are designed to be ducted to an outside blower. XPert Enclosures may be ducted to the outside or connected to the FilterMate Portable Exhauster for HEPA and/or carbon filtered exhaust back into the laboratory. Bulk Powder Enclosures are designed for transferring large quantities of powders to smaller containers. USP <800>: Patented RXPert Balance Systems are Class I biological safety cabinets that meet the USP <800> requirements for non-sterile hazardous drug compounding. RXPert Single Filtered Balance Systems include a canopy and damper for thimble ducting the enclosure to the outside. RXPert Double Filtered Balance Systems use double HEPA filtration to contain airborne particulates and powders. No outside ducting is required

Content : XPert Filtered Balance Systems provide user protection by keeping powders and particulates contained during weighing procedures. The built-in blower and exhaust HEPA filter mounted in the upper plenum take up less space than a separate exhauster would require, and isolation supports minimize blower vibration. Since HEPA filtered air is returned to the laboratory, these vented balance enclosures offer the added benefit of low installation costs and require no ducting to the outside. Interior dimensions accommodate large micro and analytical balances. Containment-enhancing features ensure that potent powders frequently found in pharmaceutical, dry chemical, mold and asbestos weighing operations are kept away from the operator.

Content : XPert Filtered Balance Stations are vented balance enclosures designed to protect the user during powder weighing operations. The built-in HEPA filter removes particulates so that clean air is exhausted to the outside atmosphere. As its name implies, the XPert Filtered Balance Station is "stationary" because ducting to an exhaust system with a remote blower is required (ductwork and blower sold separately). These stations are often ideal for powder weighing applications found in pharmaceutical research and other industries. Interior dimensions accommodate large micro and analytical balances and containment-enhancing features ensure personnel safety.

Content : RXPert Single-Filtered Balance Systems are Class I biological safety cabinets designed for drug compounding and manipulation of pharmaceutical ingredients. They meet the USP <800> requirements for non-sterile compounding when ducted, and include a factory-installed canopy and damper for thimble ducting to the outside. Their true bag-in/bag-out HEPA filter disposal system provides safe filter replacement. In addition to the built-in blower (included), all models also require a remote blower (not included), ductwork and supporting base.

They are designed to meet the USP <800> requirements for non-sterile hazardous compounding. These systems exhaust air through two levels of HEPA filtration, returning it safely to the lab. Both filters are 100% scannable, and can be replaced using a true bag-in/bag-out system. No ducting is required.

They are well suited for pharmaceutical research and other laboratory applications involving weighing of toxic substances. The FilterMate Portable Exhauster filters the exhaust from your balance enclosure, returning safe, HEPA filtered air to the lab environment, providing a safe alternative when ducting to the outside is not feasible

Their ample, 23" interior depth (30" depth for "Deep" models) easily accommodates large micro and analytical balances, and a true bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system allows safe filter replacement.

Content : XPert TXE Equipment Enclosures are designed to address the needs of pharmaceutical research and quality control laboratories. They provide a safe, ventilated space for keeping powder-generating apparatus contained. The 42" interior height accommodates tall equipment such as pill presses, grinders, crushers and sieves, and the built-in blower returns HEPA-filtered air to the laboratory. These vented equipment enclosures may alternatively be ducted to the outside comply with USP standards for your application or connected to the FilterMate Portable Exhauster for HEPA and/or carbon filtered exhaust back into the laboratory.

Content : XPert Weigh Boxes are glove boxes designed for use in pharmaceutical research, nanotechnology, biochemistry and in cleanroom applications requiring ISO Class 3 conditions. Their inlet and outlet HEPA filters provide a leak-tight physical barrier to protect the operator from hazardous airborne particulates and powders. Their uses include handling hazardous particulates and powders, microorganisms, low-level radiochemicals, carcinogens and asbestos. These isolators include an anti-static ionizer fan to reduce static charge and a balance vibration isolator, both useful during weighing operations.

They include a stainless steel work surface with trough to catch spills and transfer caddy. A push button operated electric hydraulic lift raises the bulk powder container, and a beam senses the container’s location and triggers the lift mechanism to automatically stop at the optimal ergonomic access height. Systems includes a built-in blower, 99.99% efficient HEPA filter, true bag-in/bag-out filter disposal system, and pre-wired fluorescent light and switches for blower and light. No ducting is required when exhaust air is returned to the laboratory. Or may be exhausted to the outside with the addition of the optional Canopy Connection, ductwork and remote blower.
